This scope is engineered for high definition, “white hot” and “black hot” target viewing at distances of more than 900 yards. This Pulsar Quantum HD38S Thermal Imaging Monocular is the best choice for many applications, such as search and rescue, reconnaissance, hunting, and covert operations. The HD38S features operating modes and calibration modes which will allow users to customize the monocular to their surrounding environment.

The Quantum HD38S detects heat signatures by successfully penetrating through fog and smoke in both day and nighttime operations. The 3 new brightness settings (City, Forest, and Identification) give a high contrast, improving hot object details. Operators can easily choose between the automatic, manual or semi-automatic calibration modes, calibrating images within just 1 - 2 seconds.

Its high 30 hertz frame rate also provides a smoother, more consistent image of faster-moving objects at long-range. The long-distance viewing is made possible by the 2x digital zoom, which increases the magnification to 4.2x, and high definition OLED display. This is the clearest resolution display available on the market.
